Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits, scrolling and outbound clicks so we can see which pages are useful. Google signals and advertising features are off and event data is kept for 2 months. The script is provided by Google and sets analytics cookies in your browser.
To opt out, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block scripts and requests to googletagmanager.com and google-analytics.com. The site works the same either way.
Converter and currency choice
Amounts you type into the converter are calculated in your browser and never sent anywhere. The currency you last picked on the rates page is remembered in your own browser only. Price charts load public price files from our server and carry no information about you.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server keeps access logs (time, page requested, IP address, browser details) for troubleshooting and security. They rotate out automatically by size and are not used to identify anyone. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which also processes requests.
